What is Henna

Henna is a plant based dye created from the Henna tree or Egyptian Privet. The leaves of the henna plant are dried and crushed to produce a permanent coloring powder for clothing or a temporary dye for your hair and skin.

Natural ingredients only

Henna dye is created with a special mixture of water, lemon, sugar and essential oils such as Lavender and Tea Tree before each event so it is fresh and the stain is deep and beautiful.

Henna Tattoo after care

  •  Henna tattoos dry in about 20 minutes. It's best to leave the paste on for a minimum of 3 hours, longer for a deeper, longer lasting stain.

  •  Remove the paste when it starts to fall off naturally, you may use oil or an oil   based lotion.

  •  Do not wet the design for 24 hours to protect the design.

  •  The henna color will be bright orange for 1-2 days before starting to turn a rich deep reddish brown.

  •  The Henna design will gradually fade as your skin naturally exfoliates.

  • To speed  up this process use an exfoliator in the area.

  • Avoid chlorine if you want your Henna to last. Apply a barrier if

you swim in chlorine such as a waterproof sunblock or lip balm.

  • Apply an oil or lotion after showering especially if you have dry or

      extra dry skin.
